Short film about how the fair can be a spot of hope in a grey world. We visited the fair at Charleroi, a small city where everything is made out of concrete. Once a year the fair with it’s colorful wooden decors and lights and music comes to town. The question which raises is, how bad is it to believe in a illusion.
